Performance based on „Vorschläge – Konzepte zur Ver(über)flüssigung der Funktion des Komponisten“ (1993) by Mathias Spahlinger
How do everyday objects sound when we set them into vibration in an unusual way? Following a set of rules developed by Mathias Spahlinger, a team of HfMDK students and Lucas Fels invites the audience to join 10-15 minute long sessions of cooperative play - experiencing rulers, marbles, springs, balls and bowls rolling, chattering, chinking, swinging, droning and rumbling - and listening to what emerges out of the connections.
This work was developed in the context of the seminar "Music Communication" at HfMDK in collaboration with Institute for Contemporary Music IzM of HfMDK
( Duration approx. 15 min, play in small groups, sign-up at festival counter )
